Another week, another meal plan! I did make it to the store last week (and the power stayed on), and as a result I went a bit heavy on the cooking. So this week, I’m taking it easier – only 2 nights of from-scratch cooking! We’ll also have some friends staying with us over the weekend, so it’ll either be dinners out or takeout then.
Monday: Soup (from our favorite soup booth at the farmer’s market, Souper Natural) and garlic bread
Tuesday: Burritos, made with Cuban Black Beans
Wednesday: Creamy Garlic Shells with roasted veggies and proteins
Friday: Thai food! Curry from one of our fave local spots
Saturday: Dinner out and about
Sunday: Pre-game dinner (Go Timbers!) – probably pizza
