It’s baaaaack! Or rather, I am… but more on that later. This week I’m cooking up some tried-and-true favorites to both fill our bellies and get back in the habit of meal planning! Of course this plan is contingent on me braving the rain and venturing to the store… and our power staying on. Luckily, though, it seems that we’re through the worst of it. Now I just have to dig out those galoshes!
Monday: Proteins with wild rice and Sauteed Mushrooms
Tuesday: Creamy Ravioli & Pesto Gratin
Wednesday: Pizza (or dinner out)
Thursday: Cuban Black Beans – probably in burritos
Saturday: Freezer dinner (probably leftover Barley Risotto)
