Another week, another 7 days of food. We’re hosting people for the Super Bowl this weekend (honestly, I couldn’t care less about the game… but I’m excited for the food and ads!), so I’m front-loading the dinner cooking and then switching to party prep as the weekend approaches – more about that later. Here’s to a week of delicious eating!
Monday: Tofu in Peanut Sauce with brown rice
Tuesday: Pasta and White Beans with Broccoli Pesto (didn’t get to make this last week like I planned, so this week it is!)
Thursday: Baked Orzo with Fontina and Peas, and some sort of protein on the side
Saturday: Freezer dinner / Leftovers
Sunday: Super Bowl! We’ll be having lots of appetizers, so no official dinner tonight.
