Better late than never, right? I had quite a few things to do for my class over the weekend (including taking a test at school over the weekend… seriously, who schedules in-person tests for Mothers’ Day weekend??), so I’ve been a bit behind lately. Hopefully I’ll get myself back on track for the rest of the week (and get some grocery shopping done tomorrow morning) and get some delicious food on the table!
Monday: I had a big salad with all the fixin’s, and Matt got some Chicken-N-Mo
Tuesday: Broccoli-Cheese-and-Rice Casserole
Wednesday: Spaghetti and garlic bread with Asparagus in Balsamic Butter Sauce
Thursday: Channa Masala
Friday: Dinner out!
Saturday: Sweet potato chili
I’m also hoping to make a few different kinds of baked goods throughout the week, including some cranberry pumpkin bread, some chocolate chip muffins with cranberries, and some sort of fresh-baked rolls. Yum!
